Author: This is a good quality glass jar and I like it better than the square style that I had before. The plastic lid is a bit too flimsy, and if you’re not careful you can end pushing the center piece through.

It does what it is supposed to do. No problems and I use it every day. Minus two stars for Amazons shipping prices. If I order from this site super saver shipping should apply.
I have gone thru 2 Bullets in the last year. I gave up and decided to use my blender to make my morning smoothies. This Blend-N-Go cup works perfectly. I bought two.
This is a great product, I use it to store my extra homemade fresh fruit and vegetable juice. The cover makes a good tight seal that can be shaken the next morning, opened, drinkstraw nice size to drink straight from the jar. Whole thing can be washed in the dishwasher. Very handy.
Well, Oster made this product line to be compatible with most of its blenders. That’s all fine and dandy, and it works with all my protein shakes. The problem is, the blender SOUNDS different when I use this cup rather than the glass blender pitcher. It sounds as if it’s struggling and “smells like burning.” I can’t for the life of me figure out why. It isn’t getting stuck on anything, as I tried putting water in the cup and watching the blades spin. Also, when you screw the blade onto the cup, liquid can seep out from the bottom without its rubber gasket (which is easily losable in the dish washer). Milky protein shakes get pretty nasty when not cleaned up, so make sure you RINSE this cup after using, because crap just loves to stick to the inside after drying. However, it is a good idea and it works most of the time, I’m just worried my blender will explode one day while using it.
I love these cups! I have a little collection of them going… We decided to stop buying fancy smoothies and gourmet coffees at coffee shops, and to make our own and bring them with us on the go… This cup has really facilitated that. My kids love having their smoothies in a see-through cup, and I like that they’re not spilled all over the place. They work great with my Oster classic behive blender…
Item is not original Oster. Broke the third time we used it and Goodman’s did not want to refund because it was more than 30 days after purchase.
I purchased this product from Goodman’s on Amazon. I didn’t realize until later that I forgot the lid. I contacted them and they were so helpful. They were even able to track my order down and add the lid at no additional shipping charge. Goodman’s is great and the products I ordered are great, too.

The product was exactly as it was described. The only thing was the missing lid. Its hard to buy a lid separate, especially with the unique shape of the blender cup.
This blender jar is sturdy, and came packaged beautifully. However, it is smaller than the one I was replacing. Besides that, it is a wonderful product, and fits the blender, lid, and base perfectly.
I ordered this to replace my broken blender jar. It works great. There was mix up on the shipping, but when I sent them an e-mail, and the response was very quick. So I am very happy with my purchase, and have no problems. again, great prices and shipping.
comes with a lid. way better than glass. it would have already suffered the fate of our first one if it were glass.
This blender jar is lightweight and has an extra cup of volume compared with the glass one that it’s replacing. I love it!
One thing, though, is that the picture doesn’t reflect the actual product - it’s just the jar, no cover is included. For me, that wasn’t a problem because I still have the top from the glass jar it’s replacing. But if you’re in the market for a jar with a top, you’ll have to buy the top separately.
In this day and age when so many things appear to be designed/intended to be obsolete in a short period of time I was truly delighted to find replacement parts for my old Oster blender so affordably. When the glass pitcher broke I actually bought a whole new blender as I figured they had maybe made some improvements in performance in 20 years. I did not like the new one at all and returned it. My search for replacement pieces began at a local hardware store. It would have cost me three times as much to replace the parts through the hardware store than Amazon. The only part that is not as high a quality than the original is the lid. It is made of rigid plastic and the old one was heavy flexible rubber. I’m satisfied and grateful for the convenience of shopping Amazon.5 cup, square top glass jar assembly.
I bought this to replace my blender bowl that was lost during a move. It works perfectly. I even dropped it and it didn’t break. The lid is cheap hard plastic, but I actually like it better than the original rubber lid. It’s easy to take on and off when adding stuff during the blending process.
I broke my Oster glass jar and was considering ordering a replacement glass jar from Oster. It would have been about $35 with s&h. Then, I figured that the other pieces could use replacing too. When I priced all of the replacement pieces at the Oster web site, it was close enough to the price of a new blender for me to keep shopping :). Thank goodness I found this product at Goodman’s on Amazon. I read the reviews and they were mixed. For such a low price, it was worth the gamble to me, so I bought it. I received my shipment promptly. I received a generic solid glass jar, generic less pliable square lid, the rubber washer, and the Oster blade. I hadn’t noticed how dull my other blade had gotten over the years until I used this new one! The real question is: Are the replacement parts as good as the originals? No. Do you get what you pay for and do they do the job? YES. I am very happy with my purchase so far.
Parts are exactly like the original parts EXCEPT clear plastic top on top does not come off so additional smoothie items can not be added from there. Square top jar works just as well as the round one. Entirely satisfied.
Received in time. Except the Jar, all the other items are made with very low quality plastic.You can buy a new blender insted of buying thse parts.
The jar came in the mail with a crack already in it. To the vendor’s credit, they upgraded us to the higher quality, shatter-proof plastic jar. If you are looking for a replacement blender jar, spend a few extra dollars and get the stronger plastic.
Great to have a fresh blender assembly for our old Oster that just never quits.
